Mentorship
Become a Mentor
Our mentors are the heart of Ella Rises. As a mentor, you'll be matched with a young woman based on shared interests and goals. You'll meet regularly, provide guidance, and help her navigate challenges—from school to career to life.
What we're looking for:
- Women 21+ with life experience to share
- Commitment to meet 2-4 times per month for one year
- Willingness to complete mentor training
- Pass a background check
- Patience, empathy, and a listening ear
What you'll receive:

Not ready for a year-long mentorship commitment? There are many other ways to volunteer with Ella Rises. We need help with everything from event planning to photography to workshop facilitation.
Volunteer opportunities:
Event Support
Help set up, greet guests, and ensure events run smoothly.
Workshop Facilitator
Lead a workshop in your area of expertise.
Administrative Support
Help with data entry, mailings, and office tasks.

Capture our events and programs for marketing.
